LATE CANCELATION &
NO SHOW POLICY
This policy is to ensure the smooth running of appointments to benefit both of us.
If the client cancels less than 12 hours before their appointment without sufficient reasoning OR they no show then the client will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the appointment they missed either before or at their next appointment.
In busy periods NEW clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit on booking to secure their appointment time.
If a client is 15 or more minutes late their appointment will be considered a no show OR if they still arrive late (with notice - eg a text or call) then (if possible to still fit in) we will complete what we can of the treatment booked in the client's allocated appointment time (eg if the client is 5 mins late then their appointment will be cut 5 mins short, and finish at the originally allocated time. This is to help ensure everyone stays on schedule. You will still be required to pay the full amount of the cost of the treatment.
If a client no- shows twice in a row any future appointments will not be accepted unless pre-paid in full.
As a courtesy, I do contact all clients to confirm the date and time of your appointment 1 day prior.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments & cancelation fees.
